What time are the worship services?

Bethesda UMC offers two unique worship experiences:

9:00 am - Contemporary worship with 1st Sunday Holy Communion (Located in the Memorial Room below the Sanctuary)

10:30 am - Traditional worship with 1st Sunday Holy Communion (Located in the Sanctuary)

Where do I park?

There is parking behind the church, as well as in the lot across Isabella street.

Is there handicap accessibility?

Handicap parking spaces are in the main parking lot leading to the main entrances.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Some wear jeans and T-shirts or shorts, while others wear dresses and suits and ties.

Will I be welcomed at Bethesda UMC?

Our congregation finds joy in welcoming anyone who walks in the door. Bethesda UMC welcomes all, and invites all into full participation with the church.

What about my kids?

We want you and your children to get the most out of our worship. We provide nurseries for infants and toddlers as well as our fun and engaging Sunday school for kids aged K-5th during worship.

Will I be asked to stand and be recognized as a guest?

No

Am I expected to give money during the offering?

During worship, church volunteers will collect an offering. This offering helps support the church and our community. At Bethesda UMC, we are always seeking ways to "reach beyond our walls" by working to better our community through our prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness. If you are a guest, you should not feel obligated to give, though of course you are welcome to participate.

How long are worship services?

Services last about an hour.
